Questions
- What counts as a solve?
- One successful verification. Challenges that are issued but never completed, and requests that fail verification, are not counted against your allowance.
- Is invisible mode limited on the free plan?
- No. Invisible mode is available on every plan, including free, and is bounded only by that plan’s monthly solve allowance.
- What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
- Verification starts returning an unsuccessful result for the rest of the calendar month, so your forms can decide how to handle it. Nothing is billed automatically and the allowance resets at the start of the next month.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The free plan does not ask for payment details.
- How are protected domains counted?
- Account-wide, across all your projects, counting each unique domain once.
